I wish I had taken this picture. This is our daughter captured in her most natural form, this is how I always see her.
There is such a thing as amazing, and then there is her, uniquely in her own category.
Welcome to Big Dogs Little Man, my journey as a new father. The intent of this blog is to share and express what is happening in my family/life. I am honored you would take the time to read this, I hope it is worth your while.

Happy Thanksgiving
Quite simply my life is far better than any dream I ever dreamed.
This can all be traced to one person, and then to the miracles that she made possible.
My wife, you are the most generous of kinds. For you've made the wonder beyond my wildest dreams, a reality. What I could never imagine, you've made possible.
You are the love of my life, my best friend, and my life's partner. It is my honor to wake up each day next to you.
Your generosity extends, and with it so to multiply the miracles in my life. I count them three: Oscar, Vivian, and Abram.
I grew up never knowing my father, the emptiness that this created within me could only be filled by one thing, becoming a father myself.
Being a father is my heart's calling, it gives my life a purpose larger than I ever imagined possible. With my every breath I hope to broaden the wings of our children that they may soar to the heights of their dreams, and then beyond what they dreamed possible.
Oscar, Vivian, and Abram - to say that I am thankful for you is terribly insufficient. The word thankful doesn't ransom all that needs said. I offer these humble words instead. You are each sacred, it is only through grace and mercy that I am fortunate enough to be your father. Thank you for allowing me to know the beauty and treasure that is each moment spent with you.
I would be missing two very important beings in our life if I were not to give thanks for our dogs, Abby and Grace. Girls I know that you no longer get all the attention that you deserve. I marvel that each day you give us all that you have to offer. You teach me each day what unconditional love looks like.
